For the best sauna experience, we recommend bringing the following: Your swimwear or activewear, two towels - one to sit on inside the sauna and one to dry off with afterwards, a water bottle and some warm clothes to get changed into.

If it’s your first time in the sauna, we recommend starting with 5 to 10 minute sessions.

For more experienced sauna-goers, sessions of up to 15 minutes are generally recommended, but you should not exceed 20 minutes without a break to cool off.

Always do what is comfortable for you and adjust your time based on how you feel. Enjoy your session at your own pace!

Our sauna sessions last a total of 50 minutes, starting on the hour.

Arriving a little late won’t affect your experience too much, just note that our sessions end at the scheduled time, to give us a few minutes to clean the sauna for the next group.

As we are an outdoor mobile sauna located at the beach, our facilities are limited. We have a storage box for personal belongings, a portable freshwater shower to rinse off sand.

Note we don’t have a dedicated change area, however we are located at the quiet end of Streedagh Beach.
